Great experience at Ribs & Dips Citraland Surabaya! The ribs were super tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked and falling off the bone. The dips were unique and complemented the ribs really well. Portion size was generous and worth the price. The place is cozy and comfortable, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out pretty fast. Definitely one of the best spots in Citraland for ribs — will come back again!

The ribs is so tender you can just peel it off with fork or by hand, without even using the knife. Recommended sauces are blackpepper, mushroom and tartar. Just avoid the Honey Ham sauce, its too sweet. Likewise, the pork belly is also tender, although the pork skin on top isn't quite crunchy but overall it's delicious. I recommend to pair it with 'sambal matah' to further enhance the flavor.

very delicious, abundance portions and very nice place to eat. ribs are tender and easy to eat, sauces are quite nice. staffs are very friendly and attentive to our needs. we are satisfied and happy! thankyou and please add more promotion on weekends

A good dine-out option in the area that has casual ambiance. This restaurant is suitable for family or hang out with friends. The pork ribs and other menus are in Indonesian taste.

The pork ribs were absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, juicy, and fell right off the bone, with just the right amount of smokiness and seasoning. The sauce complemented the flavor perfectly without overpowering it. Definitely one of the best ribs I’ve ever had!! highly recommended! i ordered the whole racks.. should enough for 3-4person..

We ordered a half rack of pork ribs, carbonara pasta, Caesar salad, onion rings, pine orange, and lemon tea. The pork ribs had the perfect sweet and savory flavor and a tender texture. The portion was quite generous, even though it was only half the size. The pasta had a firmness that suited our tastes. The Caesar salad was also satisfying and fresh. The food here was delicious, with reasonable prices and a comfortable atmosphere.

The ribs lacked of top side meat -see the picture attached for reference. It will does its job to be meant for 2-4 people if the meat is full, but for something like what we received, it's rather for single. The onion ring needs to drain more or change the paper to things that absorbs oil so that the oil doesn't stay on serving plate and absorbs into the onion ring. Anything else is good. Ribs are tender and flavorful, salad is fresh, pasta is good. The service is great We will be back to try another menu. There are pet friendly area is a plus too. Tips for first time visitor: upsize your meal. The meal portion here are on the small side.
